Golden Retrievers - An Owners Companion

This is one of our favourite books of the breed. Lyn Anderson has owned Golden Retrievers for many years and has owned and bred many champions.

First published in 1991, this edition was printed in 1996.

Very good condition book with a very good condition dust jacket.

First published 1986, an American publication, but includes a lot of British Golden Retriever puppy photos.

Condition - Brand new, still in the publishers original sealed polythene cover.

The author of this book was the owner of the famous 'Noranby' kennel of the early part of the 20th century.

This is an original, first edition published in 1952, and is in amazing condition for a book that is 53 years old. The pages are tight in the binding and not discoloured. It has the original, almost un-marked dust-jacket, now protected by a clear plastic sleeve. This edition is a rare UK publication by Williams & Norgate, not to be confused with the more commonly available USA editions.

This is a 1984 reprint of a book originally published in 1971. The author is the owner of the 'Of Yeo' kennel, and was a very influential breeder in the South West of England, owning her first Golden in 1938.

Golden Retrievers - Joan Gill

This book is written by the co-owner of the famous 'Westley' affix of show Goldens and the owner of the 'Standerwick' line of working Goldens. The book is small but very informative and is part of the famous Foyles handbook series.
