'S' Litter

This is a pictorial diary of the Messano 'S' litter, Sh Ch Ronjalee Rag Trade JW (Trager) x Messano Minnie The Moocher (Roxy). The litter was born on 01/06/2007 and consists of 5 bitches and 4dogs.
These puppies all have homes arranged for them.

22/05/2007 This photo shows Roxy with 9 days until her due date....	25/05/2007 .....she is shown here enjoying her dinner with one week to go.
31/05/2007 This photo shows Roxy with one day remaining before the birth of her puppies.	01/06/2007 Unfortunately things did not progress in a text book pattern with this birth and due to the fact that Roxy had passed her expected date and showed no signs of beginning her labour, the decision was made to deliver the puppies by Caesarean section. Roxy's puppies arrived in the early afternoon of 1st June and both they and Roxy were soon ready to face the drive home to Messano. Roxy coped with the operation extremely well and being a very maternal bitch, soon got down to the task of feeding and cleaning her babies. We are pleased to report that everything is going well and although the entered the world through the sunroof instead of the door, the puppies are all thriving! They all weighed over a pound at birth and continue to put weight on at the expected rate.
